How we approach it
We start from the work, not the model. A short mapping of how a task moves today shows which steps are worth automating and which still need a person. The automation is then built by the same engineers who build our platforms and the same team that runs our campaigns, so it connects to the website, the ad account and the reporting rather than sitting beside them.
The platforms we build already work this way. On DUHA's proxy platform and ÇEKUD's Dikili Ağacım Var, payments, instalments, certificates and donor notifications run inside the platform rather than by hand.
