How SRV Studio collects, uses and protects personal data through this website.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by SRV Studio, a trading name of Server Yaşam A.Ş., registered at Kısıklı Mah. Alemdağ Cad. No:75/4, Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye. For the purposes of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, Server Yaşam A.Ş. is the data controller.

2. What we collect
We only collect what the site actually processes.
Contact form. Your name, email address, company name (optional), the nature of your enquiry and your message. Provided directly by you.
Direct contact. If you email us or message our WhatsApp business number, we process the contact details and the content you send.
Technical and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit, collected through our hosting provider and analytics.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and the site is not directed at children.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
Responding to your enquiry. Contact form, email and WhatsApp data. Basis: performance of, or steps taken prior to, a contract.
Managing the client relationship. Contact details and correspondence. Basis: contract and legitimate interest.
Site security and abuse prevention. Technical data. Basis: legitimate interest.
Showing where we are. The map embedded on the contact page, which loads from Google. Basis: legitimate interest.
Measuring and improving the site. Analytics data. Basis: your consent.
Advertising and campaign measurement. Identifiers set by Google and Meta once you accept on the cookie banner. Basis: your consent.
Meeting legal and tax obligations. Transaction records. Basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, and only as far as needed:
Our website hosting provider, for hosting the site and processing form submissions
Google Workspace, for email and file storage
Google, for site analytics, maps and advertising measurement
Meta, for advertising measurement
Professional advisers and public authorities, where the law requires it
Where data is transferred outside Türkiye or the EEA, we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted under KVKK art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: 12 months. Client correspondence: for the duration of the relationship plus 10 years, in line with Turkish commercial and tax record-keeping requirements. Technical logs: 12 months. Analytics: 14 months.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 and, where applicable, GDPR arts. 15 to 22, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, give you access to it, correct anything inaccurate, erase or destroy it, restrict or stop processing, port it elsewhere, or tell you which third parties have received it.
Requests go to hi@srv.studio and we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or to your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
We use encrypted transport (TLS), access controls limited to the people who need the data, and authenticated business accounts for all storage. No system is perfectly secure. Where the law requires it, we notify the people affected and the relevant authority.
8. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
